Suene Honorato

Suene Honorato, born in Goiânia, in 1981. She is a literature professor in the Literature course at the Federal University of Ceará, in Fortaleza. She was a Portuguese language teacher in the Campo Educação course of the Federal University of Tocantins, in Tocantinópolis. N'oré îukaî xûéne! is her first book of poems. The title comes from an old Tulpi language expression meaning ‘They won’t kill us!’
